It has now been just over a week since I ordered; can't get a hold of Raptor on the phone, on social media or by email. Considering what I paid for it, I wish they did a better job of looking out for their paying customers.
UPDATE: Never mind, I got a reply on Twitter, the 8xSATA controllers are out of stock likely until November. Thank you, Raptor Computing Systems, for your prompt response, and I apologize for my impatience
