Title: Max resolution of the HDMI (motherborad)
Post by: cchinicz on May 11, 2020, 02:33:35 am
Hi All,

I've just got my new Blackbird, powered it on on loaded the pre-installed Debian.

The max resolution I get is 1024x768.

Anyone has had this issue?

According to the product page the on board HDMI is full HD, ie, capable of delivering 1920x1080.

I'd like to set it to 1920x1080. Anyone knows how to increase the resolution?

Thanks in advance,
Claudio

I assume you are using the built-in AST2500 graphic card. What's the Xorg driver you are using?

This should be the solution: Display stuck at default low resolution with AST HDMI GPU (https://wiki.raptorcs.com/wiki/Troubleshooting/GPU#Display_stuck_at_default_low_resolution_with_AST_HDMI_GPU)
