I have been trying to contact both support and sales for over two months now and have not gotten a reply. My Blackbird is non functional and requires a BMC replacement. I would very much like to purchase one but so far crickets.
EDIT: I need BMC not PNOR
-
The best way to contact them is on X or Timothy via mail.
-
@MPC7500 I am not paying for "Premium" so I can send a message.
-
I just sent them an email asking about that, they are indeed still in business and do still have stock at the moment.
-
You don't need premium to ask something.

@MPC7500, @lepidotos,
Thank you both. I posted a request on X.
-
If no one answers, I would write an email directly to Tim.
-
@MPC7500, is it tim@raptorcs.com ?
-
His mail address you find here:

@MPC7500, Still no reply from support, sales or X. For some reason I am not seeing his email listed on the link you provided.
EDIT: Never mind, it popped up once I followed him.

My first attempt to contact RCS was December 1st of 2024. They finally responded on the evening of February 28th asking to verify my shipping address. I responded the following day. I have heard nothing since. I have been longing for the next iteration of Power goodness from this company, but if this is how they treat their paying customers I think I am going to pass.

If the PNOR IC is dead you can buy one from a site like mouser or digi-key [PNOR (https://www.digikey.com/en/products/detail/micron-technology-inc/MT25QL512ABB8ESF-0SIT/6036286)] [BMC (https://www.digikey.com/en/products/detail/macronix/MX25L25635FMI-10G/4211590)].

@atomicdog, Can you flash a blank chip in the socket on the MB or will it need to be flashed prior?
-
Yes, you should be able to flash the PNOR chip (I've never tried it though).
It's the BMC chip that needs to be flashed prior if it's blank/corrupted.
-
Sadly it's the BMC chip that I need.
