Reduce fan speed during boot

MPC7500:
When you use bangBMC instead of OpenBMC the boot times are approx. 30 seconds.

It's been awhile since I heard someone mention "bangBMC".

From what I could see there has been activity in https://gitlab.raptorengineering.com/bangbmc-firmware/br-bangbmc. I am too curious whether this initiative has picked up traction and if it is worthy enough to replace OpenBMC

It has some benefits.

dormito has developed bangBMC (!BMC).

Probably it makes more senses to use it in conjunction with Artic Term Kit board.

I just wish the board is more affordable.
