New Kernel 5.16 and new problem

Has this failure been reported upstream to the graphics maintainers?  If so, can you provide a link to the bug report?

I don't know how to report the problem and I don't know where to do it, I already the first time when I noticed it on the first version of 5.16, I started this discussion here on the forum but I don't know how to do it specifically and where to do it unfortunately ...
