Schematic of the back I/O shield plate

I would like to ask if where I could find the CAD schematic of the I/O shield of the Blackbird? I am planning to mod the I/O shield to make it perfectly fit my PC case. I could do the hand measurement but I think it won't be as accurate as the original schematic.

It is all good. After few trials, I have finally get the schematic right with hand measurement
